Heard learned counsel for the Applicants. Both the Respondents are served and duly represented through their Advocate. Learned counsel for the Respondents opposes the delay condonation contending that justifiable reasons are not given in the application. No reply is filed till date.

In that view of the matter, considering the extent of delay and uncontroverted averments in the application, sufficient cause is made out, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay is condoned.
