By the impugned judgment and order, the Applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. In that view of the matter and for the reasons stated in paragraph 2 to 4 of the application, we are satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned. We accordingly grant this application. Application stands disposed of.
