This Petition is pending since 2019. The order dated 1st August 2023 records that, on 4th October 2019 the notice was issued to the Respondents. The office note shows that till today the learned Counsel for the Petitioners has not supplied a spare copy and, therefore, the notice was not sent to the Respondents. The matter was then circulated for 27th February 2020, on that date an adjournment was sought. After that, no efforts were taken by learned Counsel for the Petitioners to get the matter listed. Therefore, vide order dated 1st August 2023, the matter was directed to be listed on today's board under the caption "for dismissal".
