This is an application for modification of condition Nos. (b) and (e) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 03.02.2016 in Bail Application No. 1582 of 2015. The said conditions were imposed upon the applicant after taking into consideration the apprehension expressed by the learned APP which has been recorded in para 4 of the said order.
