1] Counsel for the applicant on instructions assures that both mobile phones which are alleged to be used in the commission of offence in question shall be surrendered in any case by tomorrow by 12.00 noon.

2] Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted as undertaking to this Court. In the aforesaid background, considering the allegations made against the applicant, that fact that 1/2

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. 528/2021 of registered with Vanrai police station, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 20/12/2021 to 22/12/2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter, as and when directed.

(iii) Applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

(iv) Applicant shall not establish contact, directly or indirectly, with the victim or her family members. (v) Applicant shall furnish his contact number/s, place of his residence at the time of his release.
