The parties have agreed that Marriage Petition No. 117 of 2019 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pusad, District-Yavatkal be transferred to the Family Court at Pune. 2.

In view of this, the proceedings are transferred from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pusad to the Family Court at Pune without going into the merits of the matter. In the meantime, the parties are referred for mediation. With the consent of the parties this Court requests Justice Shalini Joshi-Phansalkar (Retired) to act as a Mediator.
