Notice to the Respondents has not been issued and in the light of the order that we propose to pass the same is not necessary. The Petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and was transferred by the impugned order dated 12 July 2019 from the school at Shignapur, district- Kolhapur to the school at Gaganbawda, district- Kolhapur. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner, pursuant to the transfer order has joined at the transferred place, and is presently working there. The main

skn 2 18-WP-9043.2021.doc contention raised by the Petitioner is that a communication has been issued to the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur in respect of some other teachers annexed at Exh.K, whereby the transfer of the teachers who are similarly situated as the Petitioner was recalled. The Petitioner thereafter has made a representation based on this communication, which has gone unanswered. 3.

We direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to consider the representation of the Petitioner based on the communication dated 15 January 2021 (Exh.K to the petition) and take a decision and inform the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks, subject to other time bound commitments and urgent work. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
