Learned APP submits that documents are summoned from Bharat Petroleum and also two documents are sent for verification to handwriting expert. After receipt of documents from handwriting expert, further steps will be taken.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the action needs to be taken immediately since the FIR is now more than two years old. 3.

In this situation, we direct the Respondents to expedite the process of seeking documents from Bharat Petroleum. He shall also inform the State Examiner of Documents to submit the report within two months from the date of communication of this order to the State Examiner.
