The election programme for the concerned Gram Panchayat is already declared and is now at an advanced stage. In view of settled position of law and non interference in election process, the Petitioner's grievance cannot be considered at this stage. Keeping open to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy available under the Statute, Writ Petition is disposed of.
