It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that at the time of filing of the appeal itself on 19.01.2015, the entire decretal amount is deposited with the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation. 2.

In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 17.07.2014 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation in W.C. Application No. 833/C205 of 2012. 3.

The Commissioner for Workmen Compensation is directed to invest the same amount in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, till disposal of the First Appeal. 4.
