The only prayer made in this Petition is to dispose of this Petition by directing respondent No.3 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Daund and Purandar to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal as also the stay application - Exhibit 'G'. It has been stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in the said Appeal, application for grant of stay has also been filed, 1/2

35. wp 11621.16.doc but since April 2016, the application has not been taken for consideration. Even, notice of stay application and the Appeal has not been issued.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing respondent No.3 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Daund and Purandar to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application for stay or the Appeal itself as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
