This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition, which stood dismissed by a conditional order dated 29th June, 2017 passed by this Court, as the Petitioner failed to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from the date of the said order.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed, delay in filing the application for restoration is condoned, the Application for restoration is allowed and the Writ Petition is restored to file.
