As per the communication placed on record, the husband of the petitioner was dismissed from service in the year 1978 after conducting the departmental enquiry. 2.

The contention of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner is acquitted in the criminal case in the year 1984. The husband of the petitioner was alive till 1994. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no inquiry was conducted. However, the documents on record suggest otherwise.

The petitioner may obtain the information under the Right to Information Act and if the information is favourable to the petitioner, the petitioner may agitate afresh. 5.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
