DATED : 31st JANUARY, 2022 P.C:- This matter was heard extensively on 27/1/2022 and today. Finally, on instructions from the petitioner and respondent no.2, the issue has been resolved in the following manner :- (a) The amount of Rs.7,66,466/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixty thousand Four hundred sixty six), as directed by the impugned order dated 9/01/2020, would be paid by the petitioner to respondent no.2 Ms. Udita Malhotra on or before 11/2/2022.

(b) The said amount would carry interest @ 7.5% p.a for the period 21/7/2010 till 31/1/2022. Since the interest amount is settled at 7.5 % p.a, compounding interest is not granted. Tilak

The figure aggregates to Rs.14,29,770/-. Both the learned Advocates for the petitioner and respondent no.2 agree that the aggregate figure to be paid to respondent no.2 is Rs.14,29,770/-.

The above terms (a) and (b) shall be complied with on or before 11/2/2022.
