The petitioner is raising the issue concerning the incident which has taken place in the year 2000. After 15 years, the petitioner prays for exercising extra ordinary writ jurisdiction to initiate action against respondent No.5. In the facts, we are not inclined to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction at this belated stage. The petition suffers from laches. Petition is, therefore, dismissed. (S.B. SHUKRE, J.) (NARESH H.
