Mr Kartika Rajashekhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that matter has already been settled between the parties and the accused were acquitted by an order dated 30 September 2021 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Mazgaon (Sewree), Mumbai and now the petition becomes infructuous. In view of this, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted. 2.
