(I)In paragraph 6(i), the sentence, 'The Respondent is directed to pay Rs.1,50,000/- as compensation to the appellant', be read as, 'The Petitioner is directed to pay Rs.1,50,000/- as compensation to the Respondent.'

bsb 2 P3.WP10023.15.doc (II) In paragraph 6(ii), the sentence 'Failure on the part of the Respondent to make payment within a period of eight weeks, will result in Bank being liable to pay interest on the amount @ 9% p.a. from the expiry of eight weeks till date of actual payment', be read as, 'Failure on the part of the Petitioner to make payment within a period of eight weeks, will result in Bank being liable to pay interest on the amount @ 9% p.a. from the expiry of eight weeks till date of actual payment.'
