We find that the circulation is obtained alleging that the matter is of urgent nature. Without cause of action this court has been approached. Grievance is that the petitioner has been serving herbal tobacco free hookah and police can not take any coercive steps. There is no material even prima facie, to demonstrate any coercive steps taken by police machinery. Hence, as we do not find any cause of action, we dismiss the petition.
