By this application the applicant has sought expeditious disposal of the application for bail filed by him in the Sessions Court being Sessions Case No. 38 of 2008.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. By order dated 17th December, 2015 report was called from the Addl. Sessions Judge, Mangaon, regarding status of the Sessions Case No.38 of 2008. The learned Sessions Judge has submitted the report, a perusal of which reveals that the applicant pps

1 appln 560-14.doc has already been released on bail and that the case is now fixed for framing of charge on 20.6.2015.

In the light of the above, no further order is required and the application is accordingly dismissed.
