Heard parties in the backdrop of order dated 15/10/2019 in the present matter and judgment dated 31/7/2019 in WP No.3272/2019. 2.

It is not in dispute that on 14/1/2020 the matter was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for respondent No.1 to obtain instructions in the light of judgment dated 31/7/2019. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 upon instructions states that impugned Look Out Circular has been quashed and set aside against co-accused in that matter.

Petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is better than the petitioner in Writ Petition No.3272/2019.

Respondent No.1 does not state that order dated 31/7/2019 has been questioned in SLP 6.

We therefore do find it proper that judgment dated 31/7/2019 should be applied in the present facts.

Accordingly, for reasons recorded therein we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The petition is allowed and disposed of.
