The Appellant-wife, who appears in-person, states that in view of the Consent Terms entered into between the Appellant-wife and the Respondent-husband in Family Court Appeal No. 66 of 2012, nothing survives in the above Family Court Appeal. She, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Family Court Appeal.

In these circumstances, the above Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.

In view of disposal of the above Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in Civil Application No.302 of 2012, and the same is accordingly disposed of.
