DATE : JUNE 26, 2018 P.C.:- The impugned order October 4, 2017 has been passed by the Joint Civil Judge, J.D. Alibag whereby Kapil Mankar and Devendra Mankar are allowed to be added as respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the Heirship Certificate proceedings under the Bombay Regulation Act.

It is not in dispute that these two persons who are sought to be added as respondents are related to the deceased and have very right to raise objections in the said proceedings.

That being so, once the Court has reached to a conclusion that they will be necessary parties, no interference is warranted in the impugned order. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. (NITIN W.SAMBRE, J.)
