DATED: APRIL 4, 2018 P.C. :
1.
This application is filed u/s 24 of the Civil Procedure Code by the wife for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition bearing No.74 of 2017 from the Family Court at Kolhapur to the Family Court at Sangli. The learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is staying at Sangli. She has the responsibility of her ailing mother and has no father. The learned Counsel has submitted that the applicant has no good job and her financial condition is poor. It is difficult for the applicant/wife to travel from Sangli to Kolhapur and hence, it is prayed that the Marriage Petition be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli.
