By the present application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish the solvent sureties, as he was unable to arrange the sureties, as directed by this Court on account of illness of his wife. Para 5 of the application makes a categorical statement that one surety has been arranged, but arrangement of another surety would take some time. For the aforesaid, some time is sought for.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P.

Learned A.P.P. does not dispute that the applicant is attending the police station. Since the medical report of the wife is placed on record, I deem it appropriate to grant further extension of six weeks to furnish the solvent sureties. The order dated 26/08/2022 shall now operate in it's modifed form.
