By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no. 2 to arrest the respondent nos. 3 to 6 for failing to make payment to the petitioner as agreed and also for not honouring the direction given by this Court.

As soon as the matter was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition. She submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the parties have 1/2
