Heard. The petition is filed seeking directions to Respondent No.1 to register an FIR and undertake the investigation as per the Petitioner' complaint / Letter dated 13th August 2015, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition.

Learned APP for the State, having taken instructions from the police officer concerned - PSI Shaiaja S. Shinde, makes a statement that pursuant to the Petitioner's complaint, FIR was registered by Gamdevi Police Station at C.R. Serial No.00 and it was transferred to Manikpur Police Station and at Manikpur patilsr 1 / 2

Police Station crime is registered as CR.No.44 of 2016. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned APP for the State, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. The petition is therefore disposed of.
