Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Considering the nature of controversy which is is covered by the last few orders passed in the main PIL, it will be appropriate if the High Court Administration is impleaded as party to the main PIL. We accordingly dispose of the application by directing the petitioners to implead the High Court Administration as a party respondent. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
