The applicant is claiming pre-arrest bail in connection with the Crime No.230 of 2017 registered with Nerul Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, 304-A,304(ii) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal code. 2.
The learned advocate for the applicant submits that by judgment and order dated 21st November 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 3264 of 2017 the Division Bench of this Court is pleased to quash the subject FIR qua the petitioners therein. The petitioners in the said petitions were officers of the Sion Panvel Tollways Pvt.Ltd. The present applicant is also the Kavita Page 1 of 2
903-1686-17.doc Officer of the said company. The learned APP is not disputing this position.

In this view of the matter the following order.
ORDER
i) The order dated 26th September 2017 granting adinterim anticipatory bail to the applicant is confirmed on some terms and conditions.
ii) In addition to this the applicant/accused shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or to the Police Officer.
iii) The applicant should co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when called by him for the purpose of investigation.
