Heard the learned APP.

Learned APP submits that pursuant to the order dated 9th December 2021, the applicant has deposited the entire amount of Rs. 85,500/- with IO. There is also panchnama executed on 12.12.2020. He submits that now investigation is also completed and charge-sheet is likely to be filed within a short period.

This Court finds that applicant has already deposited the amount pursuant order dated 9th December 2021. He also attended the police station as directed by this Court vide order dated 9th December 2021, no purpose would be served by taking physical custody of the applicant. ORDER

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.233/2021 registered with Vartak Nagar Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of IPC on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall furnish his contact details including mobile number to the concerned Police Station. If there is any change in the contact details, applicant shall immediately inform the same to the concerned police station. 4.
