Learned Counsel for the applicant, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the application. He states that the applicant will surrender before the appropriate Court, Ulhasnagar on 13th October, 2015 after giving notice to the concerned Investigating Officer with regard to the date, time and place of surrender. The said statement is accepted. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

It is made clear that if an application for regular bail is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
