This writ petition is disposed of with consent of the parties. All the learned counsel agree that the proceeding before the Tribunal i.e. Appeal No.118 of 2016 be remanded back before the School Tribunal at Kolhapur. The Appeal is accordingly remanded back. All the points are left open. However, the concerned muster roll shall be produced by the School Management. The school management is also permitted to file additional affidavit.
