The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to delete respondent Nos.1 to 17.

In view of the above, deletion of respondent Nos.1 to 17 is AJN

2/2 14 WP-1065.22.odt permitted, at the risk of the petitioners. Deletion to be carried out forthwith.

The consent terms (13 pages) between the petitioners and respondent No.18, after the deletion of respondent Nos.1 to 17, dated 16/02/2022 are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. The learned advocates for the parties identify their clients, who are present in the court and submit that the dispute has been settled between the petitioners and respondent No.18. They pray that this petition be disposed off in terms of 'X-1'. 5.

In the event of any dispute with regard to 'X-1' occurring in future, at the behest of respondent Nos.1 to 17, respondent No.18 would indemnify these respondents.
