The order of City Civil Court, Borivali Mumbai under challenge is refusal to grant ad-interim relief. The impugned order is dated 10 October 2014. It is not possible to grant any adinterim relief at this stage. It would be open to the Appellant to contest Notice of Motion on its own merits if is not already disposed of. Keeping all contentions of the parties open the Appeal is accordingly disposed.
