He tendered across the bar the said consent terms. The said consent terms are duly signed by the parties and their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. They are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given in the said consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

Petition is disposed off in view of the consent terms.
