The Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 1 February 2018 in accordance with law and at the earliest, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of appearance of the Petitioner and the representatives of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 before him. These parties to appear before the Respondent No.3 on 4 April 2022. All questions are kept open. 6.
