This is an application for modification of condition of deposit of Rs. 10,80,000/- with the Investigating Officer in pursuance of the Order dated 15.6.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Dindoshi.

The record indicates that, the Trial Court has imposed the said condition in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant that, the applicant was ready and willing to deposit the said amount which the prosecution has claimed after deducting the amount of salary received by the applicant and an amount of 1/2

Nalawade 2 24-appln.579-16.doc Rs.10,80,000/- was lying excess in the accounts of the applicant . As the applicant herself made a statement before the Trial Court while seeking the order of pre-arrest bail, it is incumbent on the part of the applicant to comply with the said solemn statement made before the Court.

I find no reason to interfere with it and to modify the same. 3.

Application is accordingly rejected.
