The only prayer pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the representation of the Petitioner dated 1-10-2021 (Exh.G, page 55 of the Petition) to the Respondent No.2- Commissioner, Kalyan and Dombivli Municipal Corporation be decided expeditiously. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of order we propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice. 3.

We accede to the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and accordingly direct the Respondent No.2-Commissioner to decide the representation dated 1-10-2021 of the Petitioner expeditiously after calling for the say of the Respondent No.6 to the representation. 4.
