Civil Application No.29 of 2017 seeks condonation of delay of 170 days in filing the second appeal. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned. Office shall now number the second appeal and place the same for admission on 3 April 2017. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 states that Respondent No.1 is the only contesting Respondent. Respondent No.1 waives service. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.
