Learned counsel for the applicant seeks transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks, in respect of a case registered at the instance of the complainant Mrs.Bela Mangalchand Rungata, with the Bani Park Police Station, Jaipur, being C.R.No.193 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that he has received a letter dated 19.08.2015 asking him to appear before the concerned police station.

Learned APP states that till date, the Kandivali Police Station has not received any information or any order regarding arrest of the applicant.

Considering the prayer, the applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.193 of 2015 registered with the Bani Park Police Station, Jaipur for a period of three weeks to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs. It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the said application on merits. 4.

The Application stands disposed of.
