By this application, the applicant has impugned the order dated 22nd July 2015, passed by the learned District Judge - 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad-Alibag, below Exhibit - 1 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.664 of 2015. By the said order the respondent No.1 was released on bail in connection with C.R. No.I-128 of 2015, registered with the Kharghar Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66(C) and 67(D) of the Information Technology Act.

Having perused the impugned order dated 22nd July 2015, no infirmity can be found in the said order releasing the respondent No.1 on bail. Even otherwise, the application is of the year 2015. It appears that the applicant is not keen in pursuing the aforesaid application. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, no interference is warranted in the impugned order. The application is accordingly dismissed. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
