This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole respondent, Babu Subhana Kokare who died on 11.9.2016.

Civil Application is filed on 5.10.2016 which is in time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following Mohite 1/2

pr6 caw2641-16 order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased sole respondent in Writ Petition No.11741 of 2016.

b) Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to place Writ Petition on board thereafter under the caption for admission.

d) Liberty granted to the applicant to move for ad-interim relief before the returnable date after giving 72 hours clear notice to the respondent along with copy of petition.

e) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
