Even on second call, none present for the contesting parties. Learned APP tendered a copy of the order dated 1 September 2023 passed below Exh-01 in C.C. No. 1174/SS/2015 and the CIS status report of the said case. Upon perusal of the said documents, it appears that the complaint itself stands disposed of as withdrawn and accused Nos. 1 to 3 were acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

In view of this, nothing survives in this petition. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
