Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer, Economic Offences Wing, Pimpri Chinchwad submitted that, the Investigation of C.R. No.680 of 2019 originally registered with Wakad Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune and presently being investigated by Economic Offences Wing, Pune is on the verge of completion and the concerned Investigating Officer will file charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of six weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner with respect to non completion of investigation of the crime registered by first informant does not survive.
