Matter is listed on board for extension of time to conclude the trial. By order dated 23th August, 2017, trial was expediated as possible and preferably within 16 months from the date of receipt of this order. Request letter dated 10th January, 2019 has been received from the trial Court seeking extension of nine months to dispose of the case. In the said letter it is stated that absconding accused was arrested in October,2017 and after completion of investigation, a supplementary chargesheet was filed on 19th January, 2018.

For the reasons stated in the said letter, extension of nine months is granted to conclude the trial.
