DATED : 19th JULY 2021 P.C:- On 6th September 2019, the applicants were admitted to interim protection in an offence invoking Section 306 and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC along with Section 45 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. The applicants were directed to co-operate with the investigation. Today, the learned APP make a statement that the investigation is on the verge of completion and applicants have rendered their co-operation with the said investigation. In light of the said statement, the order dated 6th September 2019 is made absolute subject to the condition that they will attend the police station as and when called. SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J Tilak
