Heard learned counsel for the Appellant. In paragraph No.3 of the Application, it is stated that the Appellant is dependent on her grand mother for all purposes and for want of money, she could not prefer the appeal within time. These averments are not controverted. That even otherwise this being the appeal against the award passed under Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed the terms of prayer clause (b).
