This application is to bring on record the legal heirs of the original petitioner who expired on 20.7.2011. The application though affirmed on 17.10.2011 was lodged only on 21.10.2011. For reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause- (a).

The petitioner to carry out amendment to the petition on or before 31.1.2015 and serve a copy of the amended petition upon the respondents through the Advocate on record for the respondents. The matter to come up in due course.
