In the order dated 7 February 2017 in paragraph 3 the sentence "The fact remains that all these persons are claiming to be project affected farmers of Thitewadi Dam." be replaced with the sentence "The fact remains that all these persons are claiming to be project affected farmers of Thitewadi Dam, except the petitioners in Writ Petition No.9394 of 2013 and Writ Petition No.10013 of 2013, who are project affected farmers from "Bham Asked Dam"."

Order be corrected accordingly.
