By way of present Applicant, the Applicant has raises a challenge to initiation of proceedings under Section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by Respondent No. 3 and show cause notice was issued on Petitioner on 08/09/2021.

The learned counsel for the Applicant then submits that during the pendency of the Application, the Respondent-Authority dropped the proceedings initiated against the Applicant. As such the grievance raised in the Petition, no more survives.

The learned counsel for the Applicant thus prays for withdrawal of the Application. The Application is allowed to be withdraw and disposed of as withdrawn.
