P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from Senior Police Inspector Mumbainaka Police Station, Nashik City submitted that, after completing investigation of the present Crime i.e. I-215 of 2016, the police have submitted charge-sheet on 11th February, 2020 in the Court of competent jurisdiction. That, the next date of the said case has now been scheduled by the trial Court on 23rd March, 2023.
